Savage Hands Saint Paul Concert reviews
My experience at the concert was highly disappointing. From the point when Mos Def replaced Qtip, everything went downhill. The crowd was actually booing because they were tired of hearing DJs and wanted to see at least one of the artists they originally paid for. Savage Hands' VERY LATE arrival to the stage just ruined any vibe that was left. Her performance was cool enough, just not what I originally paid for. Then, when she came out, she apologized at least but proceeded to sing a bunch of remixed versions of her classics. Sorry, but at that point people needed to hear the real thing to get them out of their disgruntled mood. More than half of the audience left before she even finished her performance. The mood never recovered. A very disappointing night all around!
